Shortly after you sign up, I'll perform a comprehensive backup of your core files and database. This is done before any updates or changes to your website to ensure that if anything goes away, we have a complete and secure backup to restore from.
Once you sign up and choose your care plan, I'll be notified immediately.
I'll start the onboarding process for your website, ensuring everything is set up smoothly.
Secure Plan or higher
Once the initial backups are completed (as outlined in step 2), I am ready to begin making changes to your website!
As mentioned in your welcome email (see step 1), you can submit your website edit requests in the following ways:
I'll integrate your website with my uptime monitoring system, which checks your site every 60 seconds to ensure it's always up and running.
If any issues arise, I will be automatically alerted and will work swiftly to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
I'll handle safe updates for all your plugins, themes, and core files.
For websites with advanced or complex plugins such as those for eCommerce, multi-language functionality, or membership features, I'll conduct additional testing to ensure that updates are applied smoothly and without issues.
Available with the Secure Plan or higher
As part of your onboarding, I'll install premium plugins such as WP Smush Pro, WP Rocket, and iThemes Security Pro on your website. This ensures that your site will be faster and more secure, setting the stage for optimal performance and protection!
